Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

A14R Limited ("we", "us", "A14R") is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13168493, with registered office at 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Any questions about this policy or how we handle personal data can be sent to info@a14r.co.

2. What Personal Data We Collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. When you use the contact form on this website, we collect:

If you email us directly, we collect whatever personal data is contained in that correspondence. We also use website analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site. Analytics may include page URL, referrer, approximate device and browser characteristics, language, time zone, viewport size, section views, clicks, scroll depth, theme preference, and contact-form events such as whether required fields were completed. We do not intentionally send the contents of your name, email address, phone number or message to GA4, Google Tag Manager or Cloudflare Web Analytics as analytics event parameters.

3. Website Delivery

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any hosting and network provider, Cloudflare processes technical connection data, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site. A14R's own website code does not write visitor requests to a D1 database or send visitor alerts.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the personal data you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential engagement, and, where an engagement proceeds, to administer that relationship. Our lawful basis for this processing is legitimate interest (responding to enquiries you have initiated) or, where an engagement is agreed, performance of a contract. We do not use your data for marketing unless you separately agree to this.

5. Sharing Your Data

Contact form submissions are processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards submissions to our email inbox. Site analytics are provided through Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare provides the site's hosting and security. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate the site and respond to your enquiry, where required by law, to enforce our legal rights, or with professional advisers bound by confidentiality obligations.

6. International Transfers

Where a service provider we use, such as FormSubmit, Google or Cloudflare, processes data outside the UK, we rely on that provider's compliance with UK GDPR transfer safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. Data Retention

We retain enquiry and correspondence data for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement results, for the duration of that engagement plus a period afterwards to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations (typically up to seven years). Data relating to enquiries that do not proceed to an engagement is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.

8. Cookies, Local Storage and Analytics

This website uses a small amount of browser local storage to remember your light/dark theme preference and whether you have seen the cookie notice. Cloudflare may inject Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Cloudflare Web Analytics as first-party site analytics. These tools may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure site usage and enquiry-funnel performance so we can improve the website. We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing or cross-site ad tracking. All fonts used on this site are hosted locally rather than loaded from a third-party font service.

9. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to request a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@a14r.co. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has been mishandled.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The version published on this website is always the current version.
