Refund & Cancellation Policy

General

A14R provides professional services to business clients. As services are time- and resource-based, cancellation and refund terms vary by engagement type, as set out below. All cancellations must be communicated in writing to info@a14r.co.

Project-Based Engagements

For fixed-scope, project-based engagements:

• Cancellation before commencement: A full refund of any advance payment will be issued, less any costs already incurred (e.g. preparatory work, travel bookings).
• Cancellation after commencement: Fees are payable for all work completed to the date of cancellation, calculated on a pro-rata basis against the agreed project fee. Any balance of advance payment beyond this will be refunded.
• Notice period: A minimum of 10 business days' written notice is required to cancel a project engagement.

Monthly Retainers

For ongoing retainer arrangements:

• Either party may terminate a retainer by giving 30 days' written notice.
• No further fees will be charged following the expiry of the notice period.

Workshops

For facilitated workshop sessions (whether remote or on-site):

• Cancellation 10 or more business days before the scheduled date: Full refund of any fees paid.
• Cancellation between 3 and 9 business days before the scheduled date: 50% of the workshop fee will be retained to cover preparation and scheduling costs.
• Cancellation fewer than 3 business days before the scheduled date: The full workshop fee is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: Workshops may be rescheduled without charge if notice is given at least 5 business days in advance. Rescheduling requests with shorter notice are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee.

Cancellation by A14R

In the unlikely event that A14R must cancel or postpone an engagement, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer either a full refund of any advance payment or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method or via bank transfer, as agreed. Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered.
